Description: The Bullytide is a medium-sized, amphibious creature that inhabits coastal regions and wetlands. It has a stout, barrel-shaped body covered in slimy, mottled green and brown skin. Bullytides have large, round eyes on the tops of their heads, giving them excellent vision both in and out of the water. Their legs are short and sturdy, adapted for hopping and swimming. They are known for their wide, toothy grins and a unique adaptation: a specialized gland in their throat that produces and ejects a sticky, corrosive spit.

Attack: The primary attack of a Bullytide is "Spitting." When threatened or hunting for prey, Bullytides can forcefully eject a stream of sticky, acidic saliva from their throat glands. This spit can immobilize and harm their victims, making it easier for the Bullytide to close in for the kill.

Defense: Bullytides have a relatively tough hide that provides some natural defense against physical attacks. When facing danger, they often retreat into the water, where they are agile swimmers and can escape from predators. Their slimy skin also makes it difficult for potential attackers to maintain a grip on them.

Terrain: Bullytides are primarily found in coastal areas, estuaries, and marshlands. They thrive in environments where water and land meet, allowing them to move between aquatic and terrestrial habitats. Their spitting ability is particularly useful in catching prey near the water's edge.

Habitat Explanation: Coastal regions and wetlands provide Bullytides with an abundance of aquatic prey, such as fish and small amphibians. They use their spitting attack to immobilize these creatures before consuming them. While not particularly aggressive, Bullytides are known to defend their territory vigorously, spitting at intruders to deter them from encroaching on their hunting grounds.
